Previous Next

The next citizenship ceremonies will take place on Monday 1 December and Tuesday 2 December 2025 at the INEC, Killarney, Co. Kerry.

Invitations

If you are due to receive an invitation, it will be sent directly to you by email before the ceremony begins. You do not need to contact us about your invitation. We cannot confirm your invitation to these ceremonies in advance, and contacting the Customer Service Centre will not speed up the process.

What to bring on the day

You must bring proof of identity to the ceremony. A valid passport is preferred.

If you do not have a valid passport, please bring another official form of identification so that your details can be verified on the day.

What happens afterwards

Your Certificate of Naturalisation will be issued by registered post after the ceremony.
