The Non-EEA Family Reunification Policy was revised on 26 November 2025, and additional changes were made on 12 June 2026.

Your application will be decided based on version of the Policy that was in force when you submitted your application. See below:

If you submit your application on or after 12 June 2026, your application is subject to the June 2026 Non-EEA Family Reunification Policy Document.
If you submitted your application before 12 June 2026, but on or after 26 November 2025, your application is subject to the November 2025 Non-EEA Family Reunification Policy Document.
If you submitted your application before 26 November 2025, your application is subject to the 2016 Non-EEA Family Reunification Policy Document.
