Given the volume of emails we are currently experiencing, the Citizenship Division will not be in a position to respond to any query in relation to an invitation to the next citizenship ceremony. All other queries which relate to citizenship or naturalisation will be examined and a response will issue to you in due course. If your email is not related to citizenship no further response will issue to you and no further action will be taken on your query.

The Citizenship telephone helpline provides support to applicants enquiring about Citizenship by Naturalisation only. The helpline cannot deal with Foreign Birth Register queries.
