Following the commencement of the UK EU Withdrawal Agreement on 30th January 2020, during the transition period to 31/12/2020 the UK will to continue to participate in EU related measures including the Freedom of Movement Directive. This will mean that there is no change for UK nationals arriving at immigration control at Dublin Airport. The Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) have advised that some changes will be made to signage at the Airport to ensure that for operational reasons flows of incoming passengers continue in an efficient manner at the immigration channels.

After the transition period, UK nationals will continue to use the same immigration channels under the Common Travel Area Agreement. Further announcements will be made closer to the end of the transition period.
