To enhance the security of the Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) Customer Service Portal, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now required for all users. When signing in, you must use an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, to verify your identity.
This additional security measure helps protect your personal information and reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.
